Space X Billionaire Elon Musk has announced that his brain implant firm named Neuralink has developed a device that is wireless and implanted into the brain of a monkey so that it can play videogames with it’s mind.
Neuralink is testing out the implant so that they could possibly help paralyzed patients interact with their computers and or cellphones.
Musk says that the monkey isn’t uncomfortable and is completely happy. He also notes “When the [US Department of Agriculture] came through and inspected our facilities, our monkey facilities, she said it was like the nicest monkey facilities she’s ever seen in her entire career, just FYI. We went the extra mile for the monkeys.”
