Fort Pierce Police say 37-year-old Joseph Zak was pulled over on Oct. 5 after failing to stop at a stop sign and is now facing a misdemeanor drug charge after he told police the wind blew a bag of cocaine into his car… but didn’t explain the Budweiser can in the driver door.

According to the arrest report, he also had crack pipe and a clear baggie with residue that tested positive for crack cocaine but according to Zak, the baggie wasn’t his and that the wind “must have placed it there,”

Zak was charged with possession of paraphernalia and  taken to the St. Lucie County Jail.
