Before performing “Everlong” at Oates Song Fest 7908 last weekend, Dave Grohl took time to tell the told the emotional story behind one of the most iconic rock songs of all time. He shared the feelings behind the chords, where the emotion stemmed from and how the song changed when he performed it acoustically.
