A Foster’s First 3 Days With Ginger Ginger is 4 years old… and yes, she absolutely LOVES belly rubs. 
We asked her foster for an update after just three days, and here’s what they had to say — and honestly, it’s hard to believe this sweet girl hasn’t been adopted yet:“Every dog we’ve met on leash, Ginger has been wonderful with. Even when a small, yappy dog growled and nipped at her face, she didn’t react — she just looked up at me like, ‘What was that all about?’I live in a camper, and she’s so chill that it works perfectly. She’s housebroken, polite, and getting better and better on the leash. When I first got her, she was so strong I had to wrap the leash around my waist! Now, with a harness, all it takes is a gentle tug and she’s right back at my side.We even took her to a restaurant, and she calmly laid under the table, patiently waiting for a few treats without begging.Ginger is extremely loving and gives the best, slurpiest kisses. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but it doesn’t take long for her to warm up and become their best friend.I’ve only had her for 3 days, but she truly is the perfect dog.”Her foster is caring for her at home during the week and bringing her to the shelter on weekends so she can meet potential adopters — and every week, Ginger shows just how wonderful she really is.If you’re looking for love, loyalty, and a whole lot of sweetness, Ginger might just be your perfect match.
